Preschool

December 3, 2017

Welcome to December!  The month where we can celebrate the birth of Jesus!  This month, we will journey to the manger in both elementary and preschool.  We have an advent calendar for you to use with daily ideas to think of others this month.  If you want additional readings, take time to read the Christmas story found in Luke 2:1-20; Matthew 1; Matthew 2:1-11.  Kids learn by repetition so reach through the scriptures every week leading up to Christmas!

This Month’s Memory Verse

God (point arms straight up) has given (cup both hands in front of you like you are giving something) a son (rock your arms like you’re holding a baby) to us (point your thumbs to your chest).  Isaiah 9:6 (hold hands open like a book)
