It’s Here! The last weekend of August. Some of us are happy to get back to a schedule. Others are hoping for at least one more trip to the beach. As time marches on, it’s important to make the most of every day and be the best spiritual influence we can to our children. No one is perfect, but it doesn’t take perfection to model God’s love and care. You’re doing great! Keep going… and I’m with those that need another beach day ?
Parents, if you’ve been waiting for your opportunity to serve in your child’s classroom or in another area of DV, now is the time to sign up and volunteer. Check out the different opportunities in the DV areas at all campuses. Thank you in advance.
Genesis 1:26-27; 2:7; 20-30
God made people, and they are wonderful. People truly are God’s most wonderful creation. They were made to be in a relationship with Him and given special qualities no other creation was given. We are able to love and care for one another. We are able to share God’s love with others. We are special because God made us that way. We are special because God made us that way.
On this last week of August and things are getting busy with schedules, remember to grab a story book Bible and take time to read and pray together throughout your week. Kindergarten parents have 676 weeks til graduation. Don’t miss a day. 🙂
