Time!!!  Where does it go?  How well do we use our time? This week, Oct. 7-8, the DV kids will get learn how using their time is a piece of stewardship.

The Story

We continue looking at stewardship on this week of Oct. 7-8.  Using the scripture, Psalm 90:12, Moses writes, Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom, (NIV). Moses reminds us that when we take time to think about the time God has given us, we have an opportunity to use our time wisely.

Bottom Line: Use your time wisely. We only have so much time while we’re here on earth, but every day God gives us is a chance for us to do something that matters. We can waste our time or use it to do something significant.  During the week, help your child map out their time for each day of the week.  Are there things we are wasting our time with? How can we honor God and make every moment we have count?

Widget:

A Widget is a cool, concrete, take-home item for families to use.
