Summer is in full swing. Vacations and beautiful weekends are a blessing!  Be sure to keep in touch with DV Preschool by checking out the app. Parent Cue by ReThink. It’s an easy and free sign up. You’ll be able to share the same live Bible story with your preschooler we share on the weekend. Yay, another win!  Your kids will love it.

The Story

EXODUS 1:22–2:10

Young Miriam watches her baby brother Moses after their mom puts him in a basket and hides him in the reeds on the bank of the Nile River. As a young lady, Miriam was brave when she decided to approach Pharaoh’s daughter. She offered to find someone to nurse the baby, and when Pharaoh’s daughter told her yes, she was so excited and went to find her mother. When Moses was older his mother brought the baby to Pharaoh’s daughter and she named the baby Moses meaning ‘I drew him out of the water’.  Miriam was so smart and rocked it on this day when she protected and saved her baby brother.

This week be sure to encourage your kiddos to be kind to one another and talk about how they can protect each other too.
